By accessing or using DubKaro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live and must provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, accessed unlawfully, or used in a way that creates legal, operational, or safety risk.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant DubKaro the rights needed to host, process, analyze, reproduce, and transmit that content solely to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
You must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed for any content you upload, including voice, likeness, music, translation, and distribution rights.
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or non-consensual content, including content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or platform rules.
DubKaro is a technology-enabled creative workflow. Generated outputs may contain errors, pronunciation issues, mistranslations, or quality limitations and should be reviewed before publication or commercial use.
Features, languages, providers, quality thresholds, access controls, and availability may change at any time, including pilot-only or invite-only restrictions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or suitability for any specific legal, creative, or business purpose.
You may not probe, scan, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, scrape, resell, or bypass access restrictions on the service except where applicable law clearly permits it.
You may not use the service to impersonate others, clone voices without authorization, generate deceptive media, or violate sanctions, export controls, or applicable laws.
DubKaro and its software, branding, and service materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DubKaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenue, or business opportunity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to DubKaro for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
